How To Use The Portal

Sign-In

Use your member email to log into Athena. If it’s your first time, select Create/Reset Password.

  • New to the portal? We’ll send an invite after your first appointment or membership sign-up.

    You decide how and when to engage. Within your Athena portal, you can update personal details, manage notifications, and choose how you receive care updates.

Troubleshooting & Quick Help

If you’re having trouble signing in or accessing your information, these quick answers can help you get back on track.

  • First, confirm that you’re using the same email address we have on file. Then click “Reset Password” on the Athena login page and check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
    If the issue continues, try opening the portal in a private/incognito browser window or clearing your cache before logging in again.

  • After your first appointment or membership purchase, you’ll receive a portal invite email within 24–48 hours.
    If you still haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or search your inbox for messages from Athenahealth.
    Still missing? Email us at support@storylinehealth.com, and we’ll resend the invite promptly.

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable, and you’re using an updated browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
    Try again in a private/incognito tab to clear temporary cookies.
    If the error persists, send a brief description and screenshot to hello@storylinehealthnavigation.com so we can help you troubleshoot directly.

  • Yes, once logged into the Athena portal, you can update your contact information, communication preferences, and password directly under your account settings.
    Your updates sync securely with our records to keep everything accurate.

  • Absolutely. The portal is powered by Athenahealth, which uses industry-standard encryption and HIPAA-compliant systems to protect your personal and medical information.
    Storyline Health never stores PHI (Protected Health Information) on this website.

  • Only you and authorized members of your Storyline care team can access your records through the Athena portal.
    You control your login and can adjust permissions or notification preferences anytime within the secure settings page.
