First, confirm that you’re using the same email address we have on file. Then click “Reset Password” on the Athena login page and check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
If the issue continues, try opening the portal in a private/incognito browser window or clearing your cache before logging in again. -
After your first appointment or membership purchase, you’ll receive a portal invite email within 24–48 hours.
If you still haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or search your inbox for messages from Athenahealth.
