"by any other name"
“What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”
— William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet
Why did we choose the name “Storyline Health Navigation”?
Here’s the answer:
A storyline isn’t always smooth. It twists, climbs, descends—and rarely goes the way you expect. In that way, it mirrors the path of our health. Our bodies don’t always do what we want, when we want. And let’s face it—if they did, there would be no need for a healthcare system.
But even in a winding narrative, good stories still have agency. There’s a character making decisions, adapting, growing. That’s where we come in: to help you act with intention and insight, even in a complex plot.
Health Navigation carries a double meaning.
Yes, it’s about navigating your health—understanding your records, symptoms, risks, and goals.
But it's also about navigating the healthcare system itself: knowing which questions to ask, which doors to knock on, and when to advocate. That system can be opaque and overwhelming. We’re here to make it legible.
Your health story isn’t written alone. The best stories are woven with many threads—your care team, your history, your family, your resilience.
And if you look closely at our logo, you’ll see a paper airplane. It’s not just plane—it’s a compass, pointing north. Whatever your “true north” is, we’re here to help you fly toward it.
This is your story. We’re just here to help you navigate it.
